Common use of U.S. Presence Clause in Contracts

U.S. Presence. (a) Contractor shall be a wholly U.S. owned and operated corporation operating in one of the 50 states of the United States or District of Columbia; (ii) incorporated within the state of California, United States of America; and (iii) organized under the nonprofit public benefit corporation laws of the state of California.
