USA PATRIOT Act; Beneficial Ownership Certification. (i) The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received, at least 5 Business Days prior to the Amendment Effective Date, and shall be satisfied with, all documentation and other information that may be requested at least 10 Business Days prior to the Amendment Effective Date by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in order to enable compliance with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act and the information described in Section 11.13 of the Amended Credit Agreement. (ii) At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Amendment Effective Date, the Designated Company shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent and each Lender that so requests a Beneficial Ownership Certification in respect of the Loan Parties at least 10 Business Days prior to the Amendment Effective Date.
