What this means for the Borrowera borrower: When the Borrower when a borrower opens an account, if the Borrower borrower is an individual, the Agent and the Lenders Lender will ask for the Borrowerborrower's name, residential address, tax identification number, date of birth, birth and other information that will allow the Agent and the Lenders Lender to identify the Borrowerborrower, and, if the Borrower borrower is not an individual, the Agent and the Lenders Lender will ask for the Borrowerborrower's name, tax identification number, business address, address and other information that will allow the Agent and the Lenders Lender to identify the Borrowerborrower. The Agent and the Lenders Lender may also ask, if the Borrower borrower is an individual, to see the Borrowerborrower's driver's license or other identifying documents, and, if the Borrower borrower is not an individual, to see the Borrowerborrower's legal organizational documents or other identifying documents.
