USAC Due Diligence Sample Clauses

USAC Due Diligence. In service of an orderly transition, Vendor will permit USAC to perform a reasonable due diligence regarding the methods, means and manner pursuant to which the Services are then being performed. Vendor will cooperate fully with such due diligence investigation, at no cost to USAC or its designee, provided such cooperation does not unreasonably interfere with Vendor’s performance of the Services or its other normal business operations.
