Usage Data and Suggestions. CARE4 shall be permitted to collect and use the Usage Data for its reasonable business purposes and for Customer’s benefit. In the event CARE4 wishes to disclose the Usage Data or any part thereof to third parties (either during the Subscription Term or thereafter), such data shall be anonymized and presented in the aggregate so that it will not identify Customer or its Authorized Users. The foregoing shall not limit in any way CARE4’s confidentiality obligations pursuant to section 4 below. To the extent that Customer provides CARE4 with Suggestions, such Suggestions shall be free from any confidentiality restrictions that might otherwise be imposed upon CARE4 pursuant to this Agreement and may be implemented by CARE4 in its sole discretion. Customer acknowledges that any CARE4 products or materials incorporating any such Suggestions shall be the sole and exclusive property of CARE4.

Customer acknowledges that any Bryq products or materials incorporating any such Suggestions shall be the sole and exclusive property of Bryq.

  • System and Data Access Services a. System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and solely for the purpose of providing access to Fund Data as set forth herein, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Fund, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as the Fund`s investment advisors, investment managers or fund accountants (the "Fund Accountants") or as the Fund`s independent auditors (the "Auditor"), with access to State Street`s Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System and the other information systems described in Attachment A (collectively, the "System") on a remote basis solely on the computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links described in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration consented to in writing by State Street, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Usage Data 7.1. The parties shall supply data on usage of the Licensed Work that is available to them during the term of this Licence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties shall neither assemble nor provide data from which an individual user could be identified.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Data Use Each party may use Connected Account Data in accordance with this Agreement and the consent (if any) each obtains from each Connected Account. This consent includes, as to Stripe, consent it receives via the Connected Account Agreement.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Feedback You have no obligation to provide us with ideas, suggestions, or proposals (“Feedback”). However, if you submit Feedback to us, then you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license that is sub-licensable and trans- ferable, to make, use, sell, have made, offer to sell, import, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify, or publicly perform the Feedback in any manner without any obligation, royalty, or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.
