Usage, Definitions and Incorporation by Reference. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Security Agreement have the meanings assigned to such terms under Appendix A to the Collateral Agency Agreement, dated as of July 16, 2008 (the "Collateral Agency Agreement"), among WOLT, as Borrower (the "Borrower"), ALHC, as Closed-End Collateral Agent, Bank of America, N.A., as Deal Agent, U.S. Bank National Association, as Closed-End Administrative Agent, and the other Secured Parties named therein. Appendix A to the Collateral Agency Agreement is hereby incorporated by reference into, and made applicable to, this Security Agreement. Appendix A to the Collateral Agency Agreement also contains rules of usage that are applicable to this Security Agreement.
