Common use of Usage Fee Clause in Contracts

Usage Fee. Borrower will pay hereafter on June 30, 1998 and on the last day of each quarter for the period from and including the date the Line was established to and including the maturity date of the Line, a usage fee at a rate per annum of 0.25% of the average daily unused portion of the Line during such period.

Usage Fee. Borrower will pay hereafter on June September 30, 1998 1994 and on the last day of each quarter month for the period from and including the closing date the Line was established to and including the maturity date of the LineApril 2, 1997, a usage fee at a rate per annum of 0.2525% of 1% of the average daily unused portion of the Line during such period. Borrower will pay hereafter on May 2, 1997 and on the same day of each successive month through and including May 2, 1998 a usage fee at a rate per annum of 3/8ths of 1% of the average daily unused portion of the Line during such period.

Usage Fee. Borrower will shall pay hereafter on June September 30, 1998 1997 and on the last day of each quarter December, March, June, and September for the period from and including the date the Line was established to and including the maturity date of the Line, a usage fee at a rate per annum of 0.25% one-eighth of one percent (1/8%) of the average daily unused portion of the Line during such period.RENEWAL, EXTENSION, AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO LOAN AGREEMENT

Usage Fee. Borrower will shall pay hereafter on June September 30, 1998 1997 and on the last day of each quarter December, March, June, and September for the period from and including the date the Line was established to and including the maturity date of the Line, a usage fee at a rate per annum of 0.25% one-fourth of one percent (1/4%) of the average daily unused portion of the Line during such period. Borrower may at any time upon written notice to Bank permanently reduce the unused amount of the Line at which time the obligation of Borrower to pay a usage fee shall thereupon correspondingly be reduced.
