Usage Information. 2.2.1 Where ILEC is direct trunked to an AT&T OS/DA Switch, AT&T will record ILEC’s OS/DA usage. Call detail information in the usage file will be provided to the ILEC, in a mutually agreed upon standard format, that will enable the ILEC to bill its end users. Standard formatting will also be used in the data exchange process.
2.2.2 At a minimum, the usage file shall be in industry-standard Exchange Message Interface format and will be in compliance with the Ordering and Billing Forum guidelines.
2.2.3 When ILEC is operating its own switch-based service, AT&T will transmit similar usage recorded by the AT&T OS/DA switch via a mutually agreed electronic interface for ILEC’s switch.
Usage Information. Flexera may collect and use information related to Customer’s use of and output from the Products, and Customer hereby consents to Flexera’s collection and use of such information (i) for improvement and development of Flexera’s products and services, (ii) to provide Customer with visibility to Customer’s actual usage and consumption patterns, (iii) to make recommendations to Customer regarding improvements to Customer’s environment and utilization of elements therein; (iv) in connection with predictive analytics, benchmarking and usage intelligence; (v) to optimize Customer’s future planning activities and requirements and (vi) in Flexera’s marketing efforts to describe how and to what extent Flexera’s customers generally use Products and the information gained therefrom. Any information disseminated by Flexera hereunder will be anonymized and aggregated such that Customer could not be identified as the source of the information.
Usage Information. We may record information about your usage of the Website, such as when you use the site, the areas of the site you click on and/or participate in, the tags you search for, and whether or not you subscribe to the RSS feed. If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account. A persistent cookie may be used to track this information. Usage Information. Mintel will provide usage information for Licensee’s internal use only. If Mintel assigns its rights to another party under section 12.1, Licensee may at its discretion require the assignee either to keep such usage information confidential or to destroy it.

Usage Information. The Client will provide the Bank with information reasonably requested in connection with these Electronic Terms. Where the Bank provides the Client with Direct Electronic Access Services, the Client shall provide the Bank with information on the trading desks and traders authorised to submit Orders and the financial instruments in respect of which they are authorised to submit Orders. The Client undertakes to give the Bank written notice of any material changes to the information provided pursuant to this paragraph 16. The Client agrees to provide all assistance and information reasonably requested by the Bank (including, but not limited to, information requested by a regulatory body, exchange or trading system) in relation to the Electronic Services.

Subject to Customer’s opt-out rights, Software will automatically transmit to Informatica information about the computing and network environment in which the Software is deployed including IP address and the data usage and system statistics of the deployment. Customer may disable Software collection of information by following instructions available upon installation and in the Documentation. Collection of information by Cloud Services, including any associated Software, is necessary to provide the Cloud Services and cannot be disabled.

Cooperative may use Cooperative Equipment to measure, collect, maintain, transmit, communicate, and store the aggregate or incremental amount, quantity, or quality of a Cooperative Service Used by a Member, and other data or information regarding the Member’s use of the Cooperative Service (collectively, “Usage Information”). Cooperative may use, disclose, and transfer Usage Information if reasonably related to Providing a Cooperative Service or if reasonably related to protecting against, or responding to, death, personal injury, or property damage.

Any information disseminated by Flexera hereunder will be anonymized and aggregated such that Licensee could not be identified as the source of the information.

Such information may also be used in Flexera’s marketing efforts to describe how and to what extent Flexera’s customers generally use Products but will not be used to identify any specific customer or class of customers. Any information collected by Flexera hereunder will be anonymized and aggregated such that Licensee could not be identified as the source of the information.
