USD LIBOR Related Definitions. Notwithstanding any provision of the Existing Agreement or any other Existing Document to the contrary, subject to the provisions of Article IV of this Exhibit A, from and after the Effective Date, the USD LIBOR Related Definitions shall be deleted from the Existing Agreement and each other applicable Existing Document and of no further force or effect.
