Common use of Use and Access Agreement Clause in Contracts

Use and Access Agreement. The Use and Access Agreement, dated or to be dated as of the Closing Date, between the Borrowers, each Guarantor party thereto and the Administrative Agent, and in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

Use and Access Agreement. The Amended and Restated Use and Access Agreement, dated or to be dated as of the Closing Restatement Date, between the BorrowersBorrower, each the Guarantor party thereto and the Administrative Agent, and in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

Use and Access Agreement. The Use and Access Agreement, dated or to be dated as of on or prior to the Closing Date, between among certain of the Co-Borrowers, each Guarantor party thereto certain of the Guarantors, the UK Borrower and the Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent and in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, as and all other instruments, agreements and documents required to be executed or delivered pursuant to the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified Use and in effect from time to timeAccess Agreement.
