Use and operate Clause Samples
Use and operate all of its facilities and property in compliance with all Environmental Laws and cause each of its Subsidiaries so to do, and keep all necessary permits, approvals, certificates, licenses and other authorizations relating to environmental matters in effect and remain in compliance therewith and cause each of its Subsidiaries so to do, and handle all Hazardous Materials in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws and cause each of its Subsidiaries so to do, except where noncompliance with any of the foregoing (individually or in the aggregate) could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Use and operate the System with suitable care so as to preserve its correct operation and efficiency.
10.1.4.1 Not adjust, alter or interfere with the System or any part thereof, nor allow or permit any person other than a Company representative, bearing the Company’s official warrant card, to have access to the System equipment.
Use and operate all of its facilities and properties in compliance with all Environmental Laws, keep all necessary permits, approvals, certificates, licenses and other authorizations relating to environmental matters in effect and remain in compliance therewith, and handle all Hazardous Materials in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws, except where the failure to comply with, or keep in effect, as applicable, such laws, permits, approvals, certificates, licenses and authorizations would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change.
