USE AND OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS AND DATA. 19 11.1 ANAHEIM shall furnish to CONSULTANT such documents and 20 materials as may be relevant and pertinent to the provision of services hereunder as 21 ANAHEIM may possess or acquire. 22 11.2 All documents and materials furnished by ANAHEIM to 23 CONSULTANT, pursuant to Section 11.1, shall remain the property of ANAHEIM and shall 24 be returned to ANAHEIM upon termination of this Agreement, for any reason.
