USE AND OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCT. 4.1 Carrier will not, by itself or through any agent or contractor, make any repair to or replacement of the Product or the Network or any other equipment or facilities provided by MFN in connection with the Product or otherwise. Carrier will not install any equipment to be used with the Product or use the Product in any manner which damages or interferes with the Product or the Network.
