Common use of Use and Possession Prior to Substantial Completion Clause in Contracts

Use and Possession Prior to Substantial Completion. Upon notice by the Contracting Officer, the Government shall have the right to take possession of, use, or operate with Government employees or other contractors, any completed or partially completed part of the Work prior to Substantial Completion. Exercise by the Government of the right shall not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for completing any unfinished components of the Work.
