Common use of Use and Reproduction Rights Clause in Contracts

Use and Reproduction Rights. If Freescale provides a Master Copy to Motorola, then Freescale grants to Motorola a non-exclusive license to reproduce the number of copies purchased by Motorola and to use these copies of the Licensed Program. If Freescale provides individual copies of the Licensed Program to Motorola, then Freescale grants to Motorola a non-exclusive license to use these individual copies of the Licensed Program and to make one archival copy of this Licensed Program.
