USE AND RULES. Tenant shall use the Premises for offices and no other purpose whatsoever, in compliance with all applicable laws and without disturbing or interfering with any other tenant or occupant of the Property. Tenant shall not use the Premises in any manner so as to cause a cancellation of Landlord's insurance policies or an increase in the premiums thereunder. Tenant shall comply with all rules set forth in Rider One attached hereto (the "Rules"). Landlord shall have the right to reasonably amend the Rules and supplement the same with other reasonable Rules (not expressly inconsistent with this Lease) relating to the Property or the promotion of safety, care, cleanliness or good order therein, and all such amendments or new Rules shall be binding upon Tenant after five (5) days notice thereof to Tenant.
