Common use of Use by Others Clause in Contracts

Use by Others. Except as described in “Contact in the Event of Loss, Theft or Unauthorized Use; Your Liability for Unauthorized Transactions” below, you are liable and responsible for all transactions, fees, and other activity with respect to the Card or Account. You may not permit another person to have access to your Card or Account. If you do provide access to your Card or Account to another person, you are liable for all transactions and fees incurred by such person. You must notify us in writing to revoke permission for any person you previously authorized to use or access your Card or Account.
