Common use of Use by Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Use by Third Parties. Subject to the City of Banning Police Department use and any use by other law enforcement officers pursuant to Section 2 (f) [Use by Other Law Enforcement Officers], Tenant may allow third parties to use the Premises at Tenant’s discretion. Tenant shall be liable to and indemnify City for and from any liability arising out of any third-party use of the Premises pursuant to Tenant’s obligations under Section 8 [Indemnification] of this Agreement.
