Common use of Use Custodian Clause in Contracts

Use Custodian. The Trustee may appoint any bank or trust company, including those affiliated in ownership with the Trustee, to act as custodian, depository or agent (the "Custodian") for securities and any other Trust assets. The Custodian shall keep the deposited property, collect and receive the income and principal, and hold, invest, disburse or otherwise dispose of the property or its proceeds (specifically including selling and purchasing securities, and delivering securities sold and receiving securities purchased) upon the order of the Trustee.
