Use During Leave Clause Samples

The "Use During Leave" clause defines the rules governing how certain rights, benefits, or resources may be accessed or utilized by an individual while they are on a leave of absence. Typically, this clause clarifies whether an employee can continue to use company equipment, access proprietary information, or receive specific benefits during periods such as medical, parental, or unpaid leave. By establishing clear boundaries and permissions, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures both parties are aware of their rights and obligations during leave periods.
