Use Guidelines. 3.3.1. The JAGGAER Applications are provided to Client for use only as expressly set forth in the Agreement, and Client will not use the JAGGAER Applications in whole or in part for any other use or purpose. In particular, Client will not, and will not allow any third party to: (i) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to reconstruct, identify or discover any source code, underlying ideas, underlying user interface techniques or algorithms of the JAGGAER Applications by any means, or disclose any of the foregoing; (ii) except as expressly set forth in the Agreement, provide, rent, lease, lend, or use the JAGGAER Applications for timesharing, subscription, or service bureau purposes; (iii) sublicense, transfer or assign the JAGGAER Applications or any of the rights or licenses granted under the Agreement; or remove or obscure any trademark, product identification, proprietary marking, copyright or other notices provided with the JAGGAER Applications or related documentation.
3.3.2. Client shall not: (i) use the JAGGAER Applications for storage, possession, or transmission of any information, the possession, creation or transmission of which violates any law; (ii) transmit Client Data using the JAGGAER Applications that infringes upon or misappropriates the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party; (iii) perform any load testing of the JAGGAER Applications or attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the JAGGAER Applications without JAGGAER’s prior, written consent; or
Use Guidelines. General Safe Practices and Cooperation
Use Guidelines. Customer shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: (a) license, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, time share or otherwise commercially exploit or make the Platform available to any third party except as permitted by this MSA; (b) send via, upload to, or store within the Platform any Malicious Code; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or any parties' or third party's data contained therein; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its related systems or networks.
Use Guidelines. Consistent with any use imposed on particular funds by statute, ordinance, contract, this Agreement or any bylaws adopted by Agency, Agency may use any available funds for any purpose authorized by this Agreement in connection with an authorized expenditure.
Use Guidelines. Customer shall use the Zingle Materials solely for Customer’s own internal business purposes and shall not (i) upload to, or store within the Zingle Service (and the Customer Data shall not contain) any Non-Public Personal Information, (ii) send via the Zingle Service or store within the Zingle Service any infringing, obscene, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful, discriminatory or tortious material, including material that is harmful to children or violates third party privacy rights, (iii) send via the Zingle Service any unsolicited commercial or non-commercial communication, (iv) send via the Zingle Service, upload to the Zingle Service, or store within the Zingle Service any Malicious Code, (v) perform or fail to perform any act which would result in a misappropriation or infringement of Zingle’s intellectual property rights in the Zingle Materials, (vi) use or permit use the of Zingle Materials by anyone under the age of 13, or (vii) perform any act that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of the Zingle Materials, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering Device operation.
Use Guidelines. These LMOP Logo Use Guidelines are designed to provide a clear, easy reference. Please note that the LMOP logo, shown here, should be used only in accordance with these guidelines. A copy of the logo and these guidelines should be forwarded to your marketing support manager or appropriate representative. LMOP Partners may use the LMOP logo only on materials that promote LMOP or LFG utilization. Such materials include advertisements, brochures, product literature, websites, and catalogs.
Use Guidelines. Customer will use the Services including any (downloaded) Image Material or Information Products and adaptions, modifications, derivative works, additions or extensions thereof, solely for its internal business purposes and the specific purposes agreed upon in writing and will not: (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, time share or otherwise commercially exploit the Services; (ii) attempt in any way to circumvent or otherwise interfere with any security precautions, procedural controls, or other measures relating to the Cyclomedia Offerings; (iii) attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any component or element of the Cyclomedia Offerings, (iv) transfer to third parties or permit third parties to use Customer’s user name and password or Cyclomedia Property, (v) disclose the Image Material or the Information Products or adaptions, modifications, derivative works, additions or extensions thereof to the public (including all conceivable Internet applications), (vi) systematically download the Image Material and/or the Information Products, (vii) use the Image Material and/or the Information Products for systematic extraction, inventory, annotation and/or change detection of (characteristics of) objects and 'points of interest' (hereinafter "Data Analysis") for commercial purposes of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to renting, leasing, (sub)licensing, selling, alienating, pledging, transferring as security or under any title whatsoever and allowing third parties to use (the results of) the Data Analysis for any purpose whatsoever. (viii) use the System or the Services for any acts that are contrary to any applicable Regulations, or (ix) copy any Documentation other than is necessary for the purposes permitted under these Terms and for backup purposes, provided that Customer shall not remove any of Cyclomedia’s Marks when copying such Documentation. Cyclomedia may immediately suspend all access to the Cyclomedia Site and disable all Authorized User logins in the event Cyclomedia reasonably suspects a misuse of the Services. If the Customer intends to use the Services including any (downloaded) Image Material or Information Products and adaptions, modifications, derivative works, additions or extensions thereof, for purposes other than those agreed upon pursuant to this Article, the Customer will request Cyclomedia in writing for its upfront approval of such intended purposes. Use Guidelines. The Customer shall not, and shall not permit its Users or any third-party to: (a) interfere or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized control or tampering of any other unauthorized use of the Service or the systems operated by or on behalf of ONS to make available the Service; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or ONS’s or its third-party hosting providers’ related systems or networks; (c) use the Service in a United States embargoed country or in violation of any applicable export law or regulation (including any United States export laws or regulations); (d) use the Service in order to (1) send spam or otherwise duplicative or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws; (2) send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful, unsafe, malicious, abusive or tortious material, including material harmful to children or violative of third-party privacy rights; or (3) send or store material containing Service viruses, security vulnerabilities, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful or malicious computer code, files, scripts, agents or programs.
Use Guidelines. Customer shall use the Service solely for its internal business purposes as contemplated by this Agreement and shall not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
Use Guidelines. Customer shall:
2.3.1. not use the SMS + Voice Verification Service, in part or in whole, for any purpose or in any way prohibited by any Applicable Laws, or in any manner that may disable, impair, damage or interfere with any Entrust hardware, software, intellectual property rights, the SMS + Voice Verification Service, or any other users of the SMS + Voice Verification Service;
2.3.2. not copy, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, sell, assign, pledge, sublicense, lease, loan, rent, share, timeshare, grant a security interest, deliver, or otherwise transfer, directly or indirectly, any portion of or rights in the SMS + Voice Verification Service, or any Entrust software (including source code thereto), computer systems or networks, or otherwise make data available (or any portion thereof) to third parties (except to the extent expressly set forth in this Agreement);
2.3.3. not use the SMS + Voice Verification Service, or permit the SMS + Voice Verification Service to be used, to transmit marketing or advertising messages without prior written consent from Entrust, or to transmit Inappropriate Content;
2.3.4. not use the SMS + Voice Verification Service for the purpose of assessing creditworthiness; and
2.3.5. not use the SMS + Voice Verification Service in circumstances in which the failure or delay of the SMS + Voice Verification Service could lead to death, personal injury, physical property damage or environmental damage.
