Use in Accordance With the Law. You may not use any Service to break any law or infringe another person’s rights, to expose any of our suppliers or carriers to liability, to transmit, publish or communicate material which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, menacing or unwanted, or in any way which damages, interferes with or Interrupts the Service or the network of any of our suppliers or carriers.

  • Compliance with the Law The Parties agree to comply fully with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations applicable to their entity in connection with the programs contemplated under this Agreement.
