USE IN FIRM NAME. The Dealer may not use any trademark or trade name used or claimed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries in the Dealer's firm name or trade name except with the Company's prior written approval. If, after such approval, the Company should at any time so request, the Dealer shall promptly discontinue such use and take all steps necessary or appropriate in the opinion of the Company to eliminate such trademark or trade name from the Dealer's firm name or trade name.
