Use of Advice. The deliverables are provided for the CITY'S sole benefit and internal business use and are not for the benefit of, or to be relied upon by any other party. The CONSULTANT may, in its sole discretion mark such advice to reflect the foregoing. Deliverables bearing the CONSULTANT’s name or logo may only be disclosed to a third party in its entirety and unmodified.
