The Sub-Adviser acknowledges and agrees that the names “JNL Series Trust” and “Xxxxxxx National Asset Management, LLC,” and abbreviations or logos associated with those names, are the valuable property of the Adviser and its affiliates; that the Trust has the right to use such names, abbreviations and logos; and that the Sub-Adviser shall use the names “JNL Series Trust,” “Xxxxxxx National Asset Management, LLC,” and associated abbreviations and logos, only in connection with the Sub-Adviser’s performance of its duties hereunder.
