Use of Agents. The Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee may at its own expense utilize agents or attorneys-in-fact in performing any of its obligations under this Article IV (except the obligation to make P&I Advances), but no such utilization shall relieve the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee, as applicable, from any of such obligations, and the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee, as applicable, shall remain responsible for all acts and omissions of any such agent or attorney-in-fact.
