Use of Agents. (a) The Trustee shall execute all of its obligations and duties under this Article X through its Corporate Trust Office. The Trustee may execute any of its obligations and duties under this Article X either directly or by or through agents or attorneys. The Trustee shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Article X by virtue of the appointment of any such agents or attorneys. (b) The Certificate Administrator may execute any of its obligations and duties under this Article X either directly or by or through agents or attorneys. The Certificate Administrator shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Article X by virtue of the appointment of any such agents or attorneys.
