Common use of Use of Alternative Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Use of Alternative Suppliers. If the Supplier needs to procure any materials or services for which a Preferred Supplier is specified in Schedule F (Preferred Suppliers) and the Supplier wishes to procure such materials or services from an alternative supplier, the Supplier shall provide written notification to the City within a reasonable time so as not to delay the Time(s)

Use of Alternative Suppliers. If the Supplier needs to procure any materials or services for which a Preferred Supplier is specified in Schedule F (Preferred Suppliers) the applicable Terms Agreement and the Supplier wishes to procure such materials or services from an alternative supplier, the Supplier shall provide written notification to the City within a reasonable time so as not to delay the applicable Time(s)) for Completion. Such notice shall be in the form acceptable to the City and shall contain, as a minimum, the following information:
