Use of Background. (a) The Introducing Party grants and agrees to grant to each of the Work Package Parties that require same, a non-exclusive royalty-free, non-assignable, worldwide licence to use that Introducing Party’s Background solely for the purpose of, and to the extent reasonably necessary for, carrying out its work under the relevant Work Package(s), and for no other purpose, and only for the Term.
