For purposes of this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings herein assigned to them, and such definitions shall be applicable to both singular and plural forms of such terms. In addition, all terms defined in the Uniform Commercial Code shall have the meanings given therein unless otherwise defined herein.
