Use of Commonwealth Material. 12.1.1. The Commonwealth grants a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence for the Recipient to use, reproduce and adapt the Commonwealth Material for the purposes of this Agreement. 12.1.2. The Recipient agrees to use the Commonwealth Material strictly in accordance with any conditions or restrictions the Commonwealth may notify to the Recipient.
