Common use of Use of Company Name Clause in Contracts

Use of Company Name. 8.1 We shall supply You with any relevant promotional material and related insurance documentation. All stocks of certificates of insurance, endorsement and other documents and any electronic method of producing documentation shall be kept secure at all times. If requested by Us You will promptly return or destroy all unused documents relating to this Agreement and ensure that any electronic production of such documents ceases. Title to all such materials will remain vested in Us at all times.
