Common use of Use of CRADA Data and CRADA Materials Clause in Contracts

Use of CRADA Data and CRADA Materials. The Parties will be free to utilize CRADA Data and CRADA Materials internally for their own purposes, consistent with their obligations under this CRADA. The Parties may share CRADA Data or CRADA Materials with their Affiliates, agents or contractors provided the obligations of this Article 8.2 are simultaneously conveyed.

Use of CRADA Data and CRADA Materials. The Parties will be free to utilize CRADA Data and CRADA Materials internally for their own purposes, consistent with their obligations under this CRADA. The Parties may share CRADA Data or CRADA Materials with their Affiliates, agents or contractors provided the obligations of this Article 8.2 are simultaneously conveyed, and all such Affiliates, agents, and contractors are bound by obligations of confidentiality at least as stringent as those in this CRADA.
