Use of Definite Plan as Basis for Permit Applications. With respect to any elements of the Definite Plan that are undisputed, and otherwise at the conclusion of any Dispute Resolution described in Section 7.2.1. B, the DRE shall use the Definite Plan as appropriate in applications for any applicable federal, state, and local permits for Facilities Removal.
