Use of Donated Leave by Recipient. 31 The maximum amount of time for which donated leave credits may be used may not exceed any one 32 semester and no more than two semesters in a five year period. Donated sick leave will not be used in 33 excess of the District’s contractual offer of employment nor will it be counted toward attainment of regular 34 employment.
