Use of Duke Name. The Buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that neither the Buyer nor any affiliate, successor, assignee or designee of the Buyer shall be entitled to use the name “Duke Realty” or any Seller’s name in any way whatsoever, except to the extent permitted under this Agreement.
