Common use of Use of Electronic Transmission Clause in Contracts

Use of Electronic Transmission. The Corporation is authorized to use “electronic transmissions” as defined in the DGCL to the full extent allowed by the DGCL, including, but not limited to, the purposes of notice, proxies, waivers, resignations and any other purpose for which electronic transmissions are permitted.
