Use of equipment and facilities belonging to the Contractor. The equipment and facilities belonging to the Contractor and used for the Oil Operations shall be allocated to the Oil Costs account at a leasing rate intended to cover maintenance, repairs, amortization and the necessary services to the Oil Operations, on condition that such costs do not exceed those normally practiced in the Republic of Senegal for similar services.
