Common use of Use of Executive's Likeness Clause in Contracts

Use of Executive's Likeness. Executive authorizes UGSI to use, reuse, and to reasonably grant others the right to use and reuse, without additional compensation, Executive's name, photograph, likeness (including caricature), voice, and biographical information, and any reproduction or simulation thereof, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for valid business purposes of UGSI.
