USE OF EXISTING. INFRASTRUCTURE The said proposals relating to any of the matters mentioned in Section 5.02 may with the approval of the Minister and that of any third parties concerned instead of providing for the construction of new facilities of the kind therein mentioned provide for the use by the Joint Venturers upon reasonable terms and conditions of any existing facilities of such kind.
