USE OF FACSIMILE SIGNATURES AND CORPORATE SEAL. Any or all signatures of the officers of the Company upon any series of the bonds of the New Series may be either manual or facsimile signatures. The corporate seal of the Company to be affixed on any bond of the New Series may be facsimile seal.
