USE OF FAN MAIL SERVICES BY THE FUNDS. (a) Notwithstanding anything in the other portions of this Agreement to the contrary, except as otherwise provided in this Section 19, in the event of conflict or inconsistency between any terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement exclusive of this Section 19 and those in this Section 19, those in this Section 19 shall control and apply.
