USE OF FIRE HYDRANTS AND WASHOUTS. Water quality considerations, as set out in Section 7 of the National Guidance Document, shall be taken into account when operating fire hydrants. The Water Company shall brief the Fire Authority on the correct use of fire hydrants to ensure compliance with the said quality considerations.
