Use of Hazardous Materials. Tenant shall not, and shall not permit any Tenant Related Parties to use, store, generate, release, or dispose of Hazardous Materials in, on, about, or from the Property in violation of applicable law. Landlord shall not, and shall not permit any Landlord Related Parties to use, store, generate, release, or dispose of Hazardous Materials in, on, about, or from the Property in violation of applicable law.

Use of Hazardous Materials. Tenant shall not, and shall not permit any Tenant Related Parties to use, store, generate, release, or dispose of Hazardous Materials in, on, about, or from the Property except those typically used in violation of applicable lawan office building and otherwise in full compliance with Environmental Laws.
