Use of HiveMQ Platform Non-Production Versions. If HiveMQ provides testing or non-production access to the HiveMQ Platform (including sandboxes) under a given Quote or subsequently, its use is limited solely to evaluation purposes within Customer’s own business environment and must not be used on production systems. HiveMQ shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with a use in productive systems.
