Use of ICANN Name and Logo. ICANN grants to Sponsor a non-exclusive royalty- free license to state that it is designated by ICANN as the Sponsor for the Sponsored TLD and to use a logo specified by ICANN to signify that Sponsor is an ICANN-designated sponsoring authority. This license may not be assigned or sublicensed by Sponsor.
