Use of Information and Intellectual Property Rights. 13.7 The Counterparty shall not sell, lease, license, transfer, provide or otherwise make available to any third party any form of access to or the use of Transaction Data (whether through written, electronic or other means) or IPSX Facilities (whether as a demonstration or otherwise) other than as expressly authorised in this Agreement.
