Use of information, data and software. (a) If you receive any data, information or software via the Trading Platform other than that which you are entitled to receive pursuant to this Agreement, you will immediately notify us and will not use, in any way whatsoever, such data, information or software. (b) You will promptly take all reasonable steps to delete such date, information or software from your systems if we request you to do so.
