Use of Information for U.S. Government Purposes. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the FBI, DOJ, DOD or DHS from lawfully disseminating information as appropriate to seek enforcement of this Agreement, or from lawfully sharing information as appropriate with other Federal, state, or local government agencies to protect public safety, law enforcement, or national security interests, provided that the FBI, DOJ, DOD or DHS take all reasonable measures to protect from public disclosure the information marked as described in Section 6.1.
