Use of Information Obtained. Information obtained under this agreement may only be used by the recipient in order to accomplish the project plan under this agreement. Any information obtained or exchanged between FMCSA and the grant recipient, in order to carry out each party’s responsibility under this agreement and project plan, shall not be released by the recipient to any third party without the written permission of FMCSA. Recipient shall ensure that all of its employees authorized to access FMCSA data and information systems sign and submit information technology user agreements provided by FMCSA.
